Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
CSR experience is a plus but not required
Willing to work in Makati City
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with clients’ concerns and inquiries and address it in a timely manner.
Proper escalation of client’s concerns and queries.
Presenting products to the client’s and ensure to increase the sales revenue.
Build sustainable relationship to clients
Translation of documents to deliver accurate information to customers.
